We carry six to twelve clients at any time. These are three of them — chosen because each shows a different one of the three functions in our Model doing its work.
A positioning architecture engagement, an AI brand governance engagement, and a conviction intelligence engagement — each told in three acts: trap, work, change.
Click any case study to see the three-act narrative: the trap the firm was in, the work we did, and what changed. Every case study is built around the function that did the work.
Vastly's FUSION sat between two named categories — integration platforms and CX platforms — and was being read as a slightly weaker version of both. We renamed what it was, gave the category an owner, and rebuilt the firm's market position around the new name.
Iconist sat in a category of four hundred undifferentiated venture studios. We built the public record — essays, briefings, refusals — that made the firm impossible to confuse with the rest of the category, and turned the founder into the named reference an LLM returns when asked who works on category-defining ventures.
Already promised a 48-hour website rebuild. The voice and visual system had to survive AI tools writing copy at scale — without ever sounding rushed. We built the governance layer that keeps the brand sounding like one mind regardless of which tool, contractor, or model is generating the next piece of content.
