Fastlane Communications and SFG Join Forces to Expand Full-Service Branding, Digital Marketing and Strategic Communications Firm

Little Falls, NJ – September 14, 2020 – Fastlane Communications and SFG join forces to expand its full-service, integrated branding, digital marketing and strategic communications services – all under one, independent agency roof. The new combined firm more than doubles its client base, multi-disciplinary capabilities and staff, enabling the agency to further scale and support its growing mid-market and large enterprise clients. As a privately held company, financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The combined firm, headquartered just outside NYC with virtual branch offices throughout the U.S. and Sao Paulo, Brazil, will continue to operate under the Fastlane brand. Chris Faust will continue as CEO, running the day-to-day agency management, client relations, team development and management, new business development, strategic partnerships and P&L. Al Dorso Sr. of SFG to act as Chairman, assisting with future M&As, financial management and business operations.
